As artificial intelligence becomes more and more common in the workplace, the importance of skills which cannot be compensated by technology (yet) has been significantly increasing. According to the Global Talent Trends 2019 report, 92% of hiring managers reported that it is equally or even more important to hire candidates with good soft skills than candidates who score high in hard skills. Only 8% of managers would hire a candidate based on their hard skills, compared to 30% who would prioritize a candidate with good soft skills.
